Well, again, right now something is holding up processors #2 and #3 from profitably running in full production and Mr. Bordynuik knows exactly what that obstacle is. That doesn't require any type of psychic ability.
If you were to ask him right now why his finger isn't pushing those green switches, he wouldn't have to consult a crystal ball. Just because he's not telling anyone doesn't mean it's a mystery. However we're certain to hear about another 'problem' which was vanquished...and then there will be a new mystery obstacle holding up production.
