The zoners aren't moving on to license en masse yet.
The guy even said that we could get the 1.3M license. The issues that his crowd are saying are a disconnect between lakeshore and us. He said it to an even higher level than we've seen before. People that are regulars here have our beliefs, but when this guy is given a massive stage, yeah, people believe it.
The license won't shut that door, he conceeded as much.
