PC load letter? WTF does that mean?

Had to learn these tricks back in the days when I worked for someone else.

Coincidentally, using proxy servers is how the bashers create all their different identities on message boards so that they don't get caught by the system. If you try to create multiple accounts on one computer, the systems detect the ip address and bust you. So, these guys create multiple accounts via proxy servers and create the illusion of multiple posters even though it is the same guy talking to himself.
