 clearing firm, this stock is still DTC Chilled.  until that comes off they are telling me that our clients  
will be unable to open positions in that security.  I also let them know that you have already  
contacted the company, but my team stated that you would need to contact them again and  
let them know that their stock is still DTC Chill at our firm.  they might need to contact our clearing firm  
to get that lifted, assuming it is no longer on this restriction
