I am proud of our CEO for standing up to Ironridge. As for the folks on iHub trying to twist the facts, everyone by now should know their agenda, and it's not to publish truly objective due dilligence. Anyone making investment decisions based on the b.s. they post deserves what they get.
If I was Bob, not only would I defend against IR's greedy attempt to grab even more shares, but I would sue them for monetary damages. Indeed, I'll bet Scrips has many valid causes of action against IR. It will be a tough battle, as IR lives for litigatating. But I give Scrips a better than 50% chance at beating goliath. And if they can get this before a jury, the liberal Californians will slam IR bigtime.
