Does anybody harbor any illusion that guy ever goes to any lengths to research at all?
My own research, that i have already shared on this board, found that the City Council is on board with economic development in that particular area, due to it's access to a commercial traffic corridor.
I believe that whatever applications and permits that may need to be addressed in the future are a normal part of the growth processes, and are only in place to keep the needs of the company and the needs of the town on a mutually beneficial standing.
