Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 6, 2014, Alan Hammer, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Growlife, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he was resigning from his position as a director of the Company, effective immediately.
The Company will consider several candidates to join the Board to replace Mr. Hammer. The Company will announce the new appointment to replace Mr. Hammer at the appropriate time.
The Company would like to thank Alan Hammer for his time and service provided to the Company.
