Give us some fxxx'n news about the damn pilot plant!!!  Some feel that Medhi was not a strong portion of the SNEY team, so I don't think that he's a major loss, Gary seems to have decent cred. but anyone else question why we are sourcing all these people from Napa?  Everybody knows there's a lot of money in Napa, right?  My question is if these guys are bringing their pocket books with them?  If I took sales from 90mm to 500mm, I would have demanded some nice bonuses.  Personaly, I prefer to buy American when it comes to my tools, but I have to hand it to Makita, they make some tough equipment.  So....welcome Gary, now show us long's the same 500% gains you showed Makita.
