NewLead Holdings Ltd. Announces Availability of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the Year Ended December 31, 2013
PIRAEUS, Greece, May 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- NewLead Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NEWL) ("NewLead" or the "Company"
announced today that its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2013 (the "Annual Report" has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Annual Report is available on the Company's website, www.newleadholdings.com, in the "Investor Relations" section under "Annual Reports."

NewLead Holdings Ltd. is an international, vertically integrated shipping, logistics and commodity company. NewLead owns two dry bulk Panamax vessels and manages three third party tanker vessels, two small bitumen tanker vessels and one Handysize MR product tanker.
