As previously announced, the Company has been in initial discussions with possible acquisition candidates and those talks are advancing rapidly. One of the companies that we have been evaluating is in the technology sector. The initial due diligence is very promising and our team is moving as quickly as possible to advance our discussions to the point that we can reach a final agreement.
