Which is odd because in 2010 Mr. Bordynuik said the processor (#1) would be in full production right after the air permit was received. To shareholders, that was stated as the last remaining obstacle. The processor was tested for months before that and there was no remaining troubleshooting. In fact almost a year after announcing commercial operations, Mr. Bordynuik said the processor was kept offline because he was tinkerfarking it for a more modular design and to double the throughput. There was no mention that most of 2011 was lost due to any trouble.
It's not in bad form to blame others for losing one's investment if that investment was made on misrepresentations. There are risks that investors take but fraud shouldn't be one of them.
"They have had to innovate and troubleshoot every step of the way, but now they have a processor robust enough to market."
And while you believe that's the case...none of the processors are robust enough to run on their own to make money. For whatever reason, Mr. Bordynuik has chosen not to run them at JBI.
