You summed it up perfectly with your very last sentence, especially the portion in parentheses. No one knows if any note is being converted currently. Until we are able to read it in the Q2 fins, it's all guesswork. What we have seen a lot of selling. But one can't sell unless someone is buying. Although I don't know anyone personally that has had to sell more than a million or two, for whatever reasons, there are enough rumors out there of a couple of groups that have sold over the last few weeks. If correct, that's over 40 mil shares alone. There have also, imo, been millions flipped from the .004 into the .005s/.006, and probably the same recently from the .003s into the .004. Outside of that, someone has continued sucking up tens of millions of shares over the last six weeks. When the revenues begin near the end of this month with the Golden Trailer Awards and other projects that have been released and be released, hopefully the demand will outweigh the sells and the stock gets back over .01 higher.
