It's a tough decision to buy, sell or hold? I'm holding and considering a buy order. I'm an optimist by nature and many seem optimistic. I wish I could read the latest filings including the 2013 10Q1 to help make my decision! We know how that goes for TECO shareholders and future investors. Hey TECO, where are the filings? Who was it that publically mentioned they would never be late AGAIN?
