So your not the Fool---huh? Funny, you sound exactly like him, but that's ok, let me educate you. And NO, they are NOT a real ethical company that has any chance in hell of succeeding.
The reason that TMMI filed a lawsuit against these aholes was very simple----for years the principals of this compnay including Mr. Hurd (FrackedUp) on the other board has been doing damaging things to TMMI including stealing their intellectual propery which millions have been spent to develop. They have also spread lies and false propaganda against the company any chance they get----they are evil and manipulative people. TMMI felt it was enough what they have done over the years to their property and reputation so when the new mgmt took over they decided to stomp them out like the little cockroaches that they are---not so much cause they have any fear of their low life company overtaking TRUDEF, but just because of all the bad blood----so you see Fool sometimes spending money to bankrupt evil people is a good thing, and to put them out of their misery once and for all!!
