Per the statement, "ALL ACCUSATIONS AGAINST JB WERE WITHDRAWN"
I don't purport to be an expert in Canadian law, but in the US when both parties settle, the charges are dropped. The accusations are no longer pending. If it settles then people can decide who was actually in the right...because a court didn't officially decide.
"How can we best counter their lies?"
Well, know your audience. The majority of people will ignore anything they don't want to hear. Typically the types of people who average down to zero in penny stocks are of that type. For example some focus on one potential meaning of "allegations are withdrawn" and completely ignore that Mr. Bordynuik admitted to misleading investors with the media credits in that exact same document. It doesn't matter what you say to them.
Other people evaluate the information they hear. If you think there's something they need to hear than say it. They're typically smart enough to evaluate both sides and don't need to be protected from opposing viewpoints. Don't sweat just because someone doesn't fall in love with your interpretations and assumptions.
