Recommend that anyone with a paid account over there cancel it. Then tell Shelly you've had enough of their manipulation and will never be a paying customer again. No point paying to be deleted. Losing money there may be something that changes their minds on how they treat company supporters. Also tell her that you can't believe she has 5 of 6 bashers moderating the board.
