MediSwipe Inc. Announces 800 Commerce's Filing of S-1 Registration Statement

LOS ANGELES, CA, Oct 18, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- MediSwipe Inc. (www.MediSwipe.com) (OTCQB: MWIP), a merchant payment solutions and financial products company for the medical health care industry, today announced that 800 commerce (www.800commerce.com) has successfully filed its S-1 registration statement.
Upon obtaining an effective registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission, 800 Commerce Inc. will become its own fully-reporting public company. As part of the overall plan, a record date will be set for all MediSwipe shareholders upon proper notification by FINRA to the Company, at which time all shareholders of record will be eligible for the dividend share distribution of 800 Commerce from MediSwipe.
