I sent MD an email earlier this morning, but doubt

I sent MD an email earlier this morning, but doubt I will hear from him.  I still don't think that MD has been able to unload any of his equity in RIGH or TGGI, I thought that all aspects (name/cusip) have to happen first.  IDK
