In looking at RIGH, I see an awfully large O/S, 29,999,999,468 million shares as of March 27, 2014. Another 532 shs and RIGH hits the ceiling. lol
A/S 30Bil. One must assume they've already convened the B.O.D. and raised A/S, as they fund through stock sales.
News release of March 28, 2014 stated they had that day "submitted apprporiate filings at OTCM to upgrade status" from OTC No Information (skull X crossbones) to OTC Limited Info Pink.
"The current filings are expected to immediately upgrade the company to OTC Pink Limited," they said.
Sounds good but stll no uptier.
Did they forget the final requirement of an Attorney Letter? Could they find no attorney? Or did the botch the fins? The good part of their ultra-low profile is they are off the radar of hungry MFTF. No hanging in suspense. They are more or less invisible.
Anyway, with no substantive fins to go by, you could just play this one like ping pong. Buy at 0.0006, sell at 0.0007 if you can. That's like buying a a stock at $60 and selling at $70. Nice.
Perhaps, RIGH should pay Nanton to sign onto the fins. He'll obviously sign anything. lol
Speaking on sk, also on your three-stock list, I wish for a way to communicate discreetly. Anyway, perhaps you could put me on as assistant mod here. Maybe that'll fix pm? Today was technical bounce. Agt showed; plays RSI. Noble Dr. B. on it. Market conviction waned during final 30 min. Volume insufficient to be definitive.
