ICPlaces has been around for 9 years and it has not produced anything. What makes you think it will turnaround now? The company is just a shell and a stock selling scam. Nothing he has ever done has been successful. Why would that change? No significant revs for NINE years! Why would anyone put their money here when there are so many other legitimate plays?
