Every single time a transaction occurs, the stock is "manipulated." Only traders determine the bid/ask for this and every other stock, therefore it cannot be anything but manipulated. Now do you see the problem with asking others not to "manipulate" the stock? You're essentially asking them not to buy or sell.
The problem here lies in a lack volume, not in what traders are doing. Only about $50K was traded today. No stock trader is making a large profit off Baltia right now, there is too little liquidity and thousands of other stocks that are much easier to trade.
