I stated that what I wanted from the company were things I didn’t want to take place or be present in our company culture.
1.) I did not want anyone in the company to ever bad mouth anyone else in the company for any reason.
2.) I did not want anyone in the company to bad mouth any of our customers behind their backs or to their faces.
3.) I did not want anyone in the company to bad mouth any of the competitors of our company.
4.) I did not want anyone in the company to bad mouth any third party people in the market with us no matter who they were or how they conducted themselves or what great decisions or mistakes they made.
If a competitor was doing greatly then I wanted to applaud them and see what model they used for success. If a competitor made mistakes, then we could see those mistakes and avoid the same situations. If a third party in the marketplace was doing great, then good for them. If a third party in the market place was making not so great choices, it’s our choice to not speak negatively about them.
We would stand on our own and our actions and accomplishments would assist others, and….we’d make a boat load of money while doing it.
Go FITX. God is Great.
