no promo by sirg as of yesterday as per stockpromoters.com-wont know about today for a while
any startup miner has an uphill battle for financing and ever since SIRGS agreements w creditors expired dec 31-2013 as per last 10q,I've been concerned they will declare ch 11 bankruptcy- thats the odds-as I posted back then
so either just hype by this promo group who has been playing sirg for some time now, as u indicate is occurring again, or insider stuff-and given sirgs fear of insider stuff, as forecast in PR's, thats the less likely route
