Greetings Mr. Samblis. But how come TD Ameritrade says DTC Chill and wont allow me to buy shares electronically anymore? About how long untol i can buy electronically again? Due to my location i cannot always and reliably place my buy orders telephonicaly. I understand what you are saying about new certificates but how come electronic buy trades are restricted?
