I'm sure how much faith I would put in North LA.  It was booming for Natural gas and then all of a sudden everyone moved out.  The regulations around that area are much worse than most places.  Not ruling it out but I wouldn't get your hopes up anytime soon.  If it gets really cold this winter it may become economical but we have such a surplus of Natural Gas right now that the price is cheap.
