I think it was your comment "chance  for survival" and based on some "pie in the sky" hard number that tweaked some patience here.  Where do you get this business fundamental from? How does a "magic" $100K in 10Q  and/or $750K in 10K in revenue equal "survival"? What qualifications do you have to make a lame predicition like that?  Let me contradict you and say that the 2nd 10Q showed a whole $13K +/- and much spent on capitol expenditures but Treaty survived! They survived during a full three quarters of one of the worst shorting/manipulation attacks I've seen in my 7 years of trading.  Your lack of specifics and technical fundamentals just imply fear, uncertainty and doubt.  The longs on this board have had FUD up to their flocking ears and we don't need more.  You might want to have a bit more fact or at least positive influence for Treaty.  We are all heavy investors and know the score.
