I've been on the phone with them for 52 mins so far and about to talk to a supervisor. They absolutely have no clue what they are talking about. First person told me it was not in the list then connected me to someone higher up he said it was in the list as of this morning. I told him that i contacted DTC myself and they said it wasn't on the list (i didn't personally but someone else said they did) and he emailed them for me, I waited on the phone til he got a response and he said they replied saying it was put in the chill list on August 22nd. Between me and 2 of my friends we bought ICPA at least 20 times since August 22nd. I gave him all 3 TDA account numbers to see himself and now he is connecting me to a supervisor because he is also aware that something is not right.

Yes I can just simply go open another broker account but I'm not happy that TDA customers can't buy ICPA. For all I know, 2 weeks down the road someone else can start this stupid chill conversation once again and cause panic or bashers can use it to scare people away. So I'm solving this issue with TDA before I move to another broker. This is all nonsense to me.
