Don't be misled by that. It's an arbitary number. There are no 10 million shares being created. It's a theoretical maximum.
"The maximum number of shares of Company common stock, par value $.001 per share ("Common Stock"), as to which awards may be granted under the Plan may not exceed 10,000,000 shares. In the case of any individual participant, the maximum amount payable in respect of awards subject to performance criteria in any calendar year may not exceed four million shares of Common Stock.
At June 15, 2012, approximately four individuals were eligible to receive Awards under the Plan. Awards under the Plan will be made by the Committee. No determination has been made as to future awards which may be granted under the Plan, although it is anticipated that recipients of awards will include the current executive officers of the Company."
The actual number will be a tiny fraction of 10 million.
