The terms of the sale are $1,350,000 in cash at time of closing and the Company will receive a first lien promissory note in the amount of $2,000,000 bearing interest at 5% per annum and payable on or before 24 months from date of closing. Closing is scheduled for approximately 90 days from date of contract.
