Hopefully we get some good news soon, but I don't see this business as one that's just bleeding capital. It's bottling and branding. So you pay for that and you pay for some marketing. You have only a few employees. They're not issuing new shares, so they either have some cash or they're opening new lines of credit (and I don't think the debt is anything substantial).
The biggest concern is two-fold: (1) We stay on one shelf domestically. That's a huge concern of mine right now, but I still see Avenue B of the international contracts as very viable, though (2) also kind of a nebulous zone since we really don't know what they entail. If (1) is true, at least we have the international contracts. If those contracts are sort of bogus, which I think is possible, then yeah, we don't have much to go on. But at the same time, I think the company has PLENTY of time before cash flow becomes a real issue, even without knowing the financials. I just can't see it being a very cash-strapped industry if you're not making the product too.
What has me MOST concerned about Marani though is that I think their level of interest in the shareholders was almost too great before with dividends and legal drama with bashers. As I've said before, we're glorified gamblers (eh, you guys are...I'm just a gambler), so I don't understand why she feels the need to go on MoneyTV, or go on tirades about bashers, or issue dividends. What's her reason for trying to promote the STOCK? Promote the goddamn vodka, and the stock will follow.
Ultimately, I still believe in the viability at least with the international contracts. I'm hopeful of the domestic stuff, but becoming increasingly pessimistic. More than anything, I just want somebody to shut dj_ponder the f--- up already.
