Ocean in my profession if I could not laugh I'd cry every day...the best and worse day of my nursing career was I figured out I could not save the world...very humbled with that realization..I have literally had my fingers in a 5 gunshot victim to stop the bleeding....the good feelings have to show ones passion....we never let go ...we take note and it makes everyone of us a better person for it...
