Anyone with any intelligence knows there is no such document that the Demented FricFrack keeps referring to, and the reason he keeps saying go to Vegas and look for it---it's there--- is because he knows that no one can or will actually take the time to travel there, AND ACTUALLY SEE IT IS NOT THERE----IT IS SIMPLY A PLOY USED BY SOMEONE ALL THE TIME TO HIDE THE TRUTH!!!
AGAIN, IT IS NOT THERE!!!
The case,(again for the 10th time) is a MERE distraction----the real gold is in a contract which TMMI will have shortly IMHO. The case will NOT be the determining factor whether TMMI is successful or not. The case was filed by TMMI against a group of intellectual crooks---THEY MUST DEFEND THEMSELVES----NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!! If they lose, they are out of business and money....if TMMI loses they still have the Trudef suite of products, and alot of money since they will have contracts flowing in. A win in the case would just be icing on the cake----nothing else. And, yes bring on the jury....If TMMI did not have a very strong case, the judge would have granted the Demented motion to dismiss rather than take up valuable calender time in a clogged court system.
Let's get off the case and focus on what's going to make the company revenue----CONTRACTS. The show was an excellent success from what I hear from other large stockholders, and IMHO the contracs are not far away so be patient and we will all be rewarded handsomely.
