SKILLS
Candidate must be able to raise equity capital through their own existing book of clients or contacts. Candidate must also be able to assess fund raising opportunities by contacting and evaluating funding sources, identifying and analyzing fund raising options, including private placements and bond issuances.
COMPENSATION
Prior to the actual launch of Baltia, the Associate Director of Sales & Marketing will be compensated in a generous referral fee of cash and equity. Once flight revenue operations commence the position will become salaried.

Baltia Air Lines is a fully reporting publicly traded New York corporation headquartered at JFK International Airport in New York with a base of operations in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Today, after JetBlue and Virgin America, Baltia is the only new start-up United States Part 121 (heavy jet operator) airline in existence that has received Department of Transportation approval. Baltia's goal is to become the leading U.S. airline in the trans-Atlantic market between the major U.S.cities and capital cities of Eastern Europe, including Russia, Latvia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Baltia intends is to provide high quality three-class passenger service, and reliable cargo and mail transportation.
