$FBCD just became fully reporting (OTC Pink), into the right direction for investors!
"we will continue providing our shareholders with the fullest disclosure and highest level of transparency possible, through the OTC Markets. We will continue these disclosures until the end of the next quarter, when we will then look to complete our audit and file Form 10, to meet the requirements of the 1934 Act"
