Mr. Clark was CEOof Clark Dodge Holdings, a multi-faceted financial holding companyproviding services that include investment banking for private equity, venture capital and late stage financing for public and privatecompanies. He joins Creative Edge Nutritionwith over 25 years of experience in theglobalsecurities industry having led the growth of severalinternationalservicingcompaniesincluding Fidelity and JP Morgan.
