TRTC Violated SEC Insider Trading Laws !!

It was an all too well coordinated Action of Amy at April 15th by Fix- Price
Buy- Order of $ 0,58 to purchase 100,000 Common Stocks for as from
$ 0,53 to increase the Stock Price to provoke the resulting closing of
$ 0,63 for the April 16th Meet & Greet and April 17th SEC S-3 Filing !
( This Is Stock- Price Manipulation. )
Because very well coordinated and prepared, TRTC within less than 24
hours was able to issue at SEC the by below Links shown Act, before
the SEC could get active, but the by TRTC Action artificially increased
Stock Price remained at the time. It did clearly show, TRTC by PRs is
not only Hyping The Stock Price, but actively also able to manipulate !
