Terranova was only in his mid to late 20s, and worked under Ingham, who had experience reporting for public companies. Terranova, as best I can tell, never produced a K in his career. I'm not surprised that he quickly found a level of employment much better suited to him.
Banerjea is a class act, not only having public company and reporting experience, but he also knows the technology and O&G industries.
March 18th was Banerjea's hiring PR, so your timeline makes the K filing near the summer solstice. That's too long for me.
I would like to see both the K and Q filed by the 15th or 16th of May. More realistically, I can live with June 1st, but only if "dark is good," and they are working on consummating deals.
My experience of Mr. Bordynuik is that he never rests until goals are met, so if P3's extended runs met minimum criteria, then I have no doubt there are deals being hammered out. Why else be so quiet?
Only other alternative is-- they have thrown in the towel and aren't saying. I can't believe Heddle would do that and sacrifice his long standing reputation. I can't believe Bordynuik would just give up after all he has accomplished.
My money therefore stays on Bordynuik and Heddle. I think there is a good reason for dark if they are closing deals.
How many time in the last 4-5 years have we heard "JBI will never be able to______________________ fill in the blank.
