I'm sure he doesn't care about this board or any board if he's even heard of it. If he did care about it, he would have acted long ago. Being in the public eye, you can't worry about everything that's ever said about you. If there was a problem that he felt needed dealing with, It's my opinion he would deal with it. But since there has been no action of any kind, I'm sure he doesn't care. Name calling?? So a billionaire should concern himself with everything that's said about him and his company? On a tiny stock board?? As I stated, if there was an issue, all he would have to do is take his company private, easy for him to do he just buys all shares. Would not be more than pocket change for him.
It does sound like you are an employee and taking all this very personally. Me, I just want my money back, breaking even would be nice, then I'll move on.
What's more important is what's in the annual financials and when we will see those, then we'll know if there is a problem and what the CEO's guidance is for the future. That's important.
