WW...I really doubt it will be. This is in light of Bills adverse response to an r/s. It would seem more likely to me they will simply cancel out some shares to bring the pps to where they want it to be. That just makes sense. Bill does not want to hurt the shareholders and it is not that an r/s really would, it is that the perception of damage would hurt us in my opinion.

A merger is also another solution...but, that is much more complicated and I don't think it would meet the timeline of ASAP.
