Maybe it is because most of what I look at for investment today is MJ related...or, because I am also investing in more 'penny' stocks, but, I do not remember seeing this action from the SEC ever before.
I've been at this for a number of years now and even companies like MMTE which totally lied about everything and was a propaganda superstar is not being touched by the SEC even today. There are a number of companies I could put in that category.......a large number, so, it does tend to make me suspicious and a bit angry that they are only following some agenda that FINRA is being the guiding light on.
OK, I'll get off of the stump now as I have to get some work done or face the wrath of my soulmate. GLTA
