OTHM Operating Hotel PURE International, we look to provide our brand to hotel properties looking to acquire a boutique hotel brand that delivers real & proven results that will reduce third party Internet Booking Commissions, increase Occupancy Levels, Gross Revenue and Bottom Line Profits.

With the proprietary technology and structure provided, the results are projected to not only increase the hotels' International exposure and recognition, but also to provide a new and improved core structure which when packaged and marketed, will increase occupancy levels, revenue and bottom-line profits.
Oriens has developed a suite of proprietary solutions capable to delivering proven successful results to hotel properties to operate under our Hotel PURE brand.
These results include increase incremental room reservations, increase gross revenue and reduce third party reservations' commissions deliver via Internet booking sites such as Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity and others.
We look to grow our portfolio of hotels to be operated under our Hotel PURE brand to our projections by ways of a combination of the following:
To take advantage of the current US depressed economy which has greatly devalued a huge number of commercial hotel properties' prices, we look to acquire selected properties at virtually pennies on the dollars of their original value with great potential of future capital gains of more than 300% as well as healthy 20-33% yearly net return.
Franchising our name brand to selected hotel properties worldwide to be operated under our Hotel PURE boutique hotel brand, similar to the business model currently successfully operated by hotel brand operators such as Best Western, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Sheraton and others.
Become recognized by the lending institutions such as commercial banks, as a successful Hotel Brand Operator, hence qualifying us on their preferred list of suppliers.
