Can you tell me if the preferred warrants convertible to 2nd class

shouldn't the shareholder votes be PRed instead of a running tally
emailed between SCUMBAG CEO Matt and SCUMBAG CORE GROUP MEMEBER #2

I figured most had read before as I am new it is shocking to me when
you compare the two....with that said watch how BCAP plays out the
RS and conversions will be the rope that hangs them IMO
Watch for it lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz its coming
