I think SKTO will spike at the yearly open ie Jan/Feb of 2015. This is based on two things:
1) The MMJ always has spiked at this time of the year,
2) This is the time of the year new states have their MMJ laws newly applied in their books.
Might have to wait for the yearly spike Jan/Feb 2015.
Accumulation/averaging down may be the best defense/safeguard at this point. I JUST hate the idea of averaging down. I mean hate. I much rather average up than down.
I am just praying the merger shows any signs of life.
