No tier change 05/07. In all cases of OTCM tier change reported yesterday and today, there were maximum two business days following attorney letter for a Limited Info to Current Info uptier. For example, all firms uptiered (Limited to Current) on May 7 per list below had filed attorney letters either May 5 or May 6. Attorney letter is required for subscribers who submit unaudited results. SKTO (Limited Info) filed attorney letter on May 2.
There are at least two possibilities that could apply to SKTO at this stage: 1) OTCM simply needs more time to inspect SK filings or 2) OTCM noted deficiencies that would require correction and amendment.
