("ADF" or the "Corporation" (TSX: DRX) announces that it has received from the "Autorité des Marchés Financiers" ("AMF" the authorization now required under the new provincial Bill 1 on the integrity in public contracts. This new authorization is mandatory for all corporations that wish to work on any public construction or services contract exceeding $40 million. The authorization is valid for a three-year period and is subject to certain conditions.
