I would not trust anything he told you. The NY FSDO office screwed over Baltia a few years ago, and Kalitta helped Baltia survive by moving the operations over to Michigan. I have a feeling he is one of those pencil-pushing guys who hates his job and has a snarky attitude with everyone.
