Just a guess here in regards to who is selling now even though the future looks very bright. There is a good chance it may be the company itself. It takes money to pay for the expenses incurred while putting all these deals together. Since there are no revenues yet, the company has no choice but to sell some shares.
I know that there are a number of investors (including myself) who have been adding each time the share price drops in the .003 to .004 range. It has been a great opportunity to take on a significant share position.
It sounds like the company will be enjoying revenues soon which will mean they can stop selling shares and new investors will feel comfortable investing in the company.
I am looking forward to hearing about additional revenue producing contracts. It is just a matter of time before we see the share price take off.
