and NO... you cannot know Hubville was not set up for shorters...
you were not likely present when MattyB set Hubville up so you cannot know all the GAMERS he considered when setting up a site that fosters information dissemination and trading (as cover for planned multiple criminal activities... IMO) ...
AND ENCOURAGES multiple types of abusive illegal activity, such as, Pump & Dump crews working stocks using any & every deceit possible... and INCLUDING naked shorting of OTC stocks!
ONLY in the US is naked shorting illegal (and maybe a few other places)... but NAKED is allowed in Canada, overseas, & off shore... MOREOVER, hedge funds/market makers can trade in ways not allowed to small retail investors.
