In regards to your Citi comment I also think Bill does things for a reason and who knows, may be hinting things w/ all pictures:
#1 John Germinario held both Managing Director of ADR's for Citibank and Vice President and Co-Founder of the ADR business for the Bank Of New York
#2 Citi could probably use some business based on their 2014 YTD #3 They have subsidiaries set up in almost every country so they should be able to handle MMJ business
