I know you guys are suckers for a FITX story, so I

I'll start off by saying that FITX was my very first stock purchase ever. I am very conservative with my money since I don't have much and have always felt that I needed certain assurances before investing.
I came across FITX through a friend who has been heavily investing in the MMJ sector for the last several months. Several months ago he tried to convince me to invest in PMCM, but I told him I wasn't feeling it and had to go with my gut. I hadn't invested in any stock at the time. He later pointed me to FITX, and was so confident in FITX and the Bill that he promised to reimburse me if I saw any losses after May (I could only purchase 5K shares). I did a very brief amount of research and decided to trust my friend and my gut by going "all-in" with FITX.
DISCLAIMER: I would never expect my friend to actually reimburse me. I only invested what I could comfortably lose if my investment went south.
I began most of my research post-buy, and I floundered around for some time on iHub and finance.yahoo. At times, I seriously doubted that it was a smart move to buy any stock in this company when many of the shareholders on those message boards sounded...incompetent.
Then I came across our lovely board here on Investors Hangout as well as the fitxlong.com site and Facebook page. After following for a couple of weeks, I began to become more and more inspired by the people who had contributed so much to the FITX vision. After watching and reading several interviews by the Bill and seeing the transparency of this company, I soon began transferring more small amounts into my brokerage account so that I could buy more shares during these "fire sales" we've been seeing the last several weeks. I soon more than doubled the number of shares I owned and saw my tax return money leave my hands with no regret. I continue to buy more when I can and am currently seeing green.
Just recently, my in-laws have also shown a desire to get on board the FITX Long train. I have them invested at a humble 5K shares. They both work at a high school (one is teacher, other is an hourly employee) and do not make much money and rarely have much extra cash. I hope to see them able to see some great vacation time with this investment as well as potentially retire slightly sooner.
My parents have also started expressing interest in FITX. In the past, they have been the most conservative people I know when it comes to MJ legalization (even MMJ). I have continued to use logic and reason to help convince them that this is a great investment that will help countless individuals with health issues. I have no doubt that very soon they will also be buying in as they continue down their own path of research. I just hope they decide very soon before we see the PPS skyrocket!
My goals for this investment are to pay off my (and the wife's) student loan debt before we are 35 (we have massive student loan debt). I would also love to contribute toward a retirement for my parents who have very little saved or invested for retirement due to copious past financial obstacles.
I believe in the FITX vision and the community that upholds it. In a world that is crippled by more and more pain and health complications, I believe it is of growing importance that we continue to contribute towards those who can bring relief to the ones who suffer. I also, quite frankly, believe this company is going to make its shareholders very, very wealthy. I get more and more excited each day looking forward to what news I may hear from the Bill and others. We have an exciting next couple of weeks as well as months and years ahead of us. So strap in, and get ready for blast off!!
GO FITX LONG AND STRONG!!!
